INTERIOR DECORATING - Plan B ReDesigns offers two decorating avenues: Consultations and Full Service.

• DECORATING CONSULTATION - If you are simply looking for a little decorating guidance, a decorating consultation is a great place to start. During this meeting, recommendations will be made in regards to space planning, furniture selection, color palette, window treatments, and more. Then you can complete the project on your own time and budget.

• FULL SERVICE - From renovation to new construction, we can help you find a focus for your home by avoiding costly mistakes, saving precious time, and reducing the stress that is so often associated with decorating a home. Our evaluation will cover all your specific needs and ideas, all the while keeping in mind your personal lifestyle and vision. We will make recommendations regarding space planning, paint color, flooring options, fixtures, fabrics, window treatments, furniture, accessories, and more. An idea book will be pieced together throughout the decorating experience to ensure that we are on the same page.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZNG - Professional Organizing enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transference of organizing skills. We help individuals and businesses take control of their surroundings, their time, their paper, and their systems for life. Serving both residential and commercial clients, our services range from home and business organizing to garage and room straightening to information and time management.

REAL ESTATE HOME STAGING - Plan B ReDesigns offers three levels of Home Staging Services: Consultations, Full Service, and Five Star.

• HOME STAGING CONSULTATION - Before you actually list your home on the market, make sure you have a thorough Home Staging Consultation first! This process commences at the curb and expands through your home and into the backyard as well. We evaluate all aspects of your home and provide you with an objective assessment of suggested improvements and/or enhancements to maximize the use of space, showcase architectural highlights, and create an inviting environment in which buyers can envision themselves residing. The seller can then choose how much of the list, if any, they wish to have completed by Plan B ReDesigns (billed separately).

• FULL SERVICE - In order to attract buyers beyond your front door step, we can transform your house into a home that will appeal to the broadest number of people. Every room will be inspected for cleanliness and repairs, then decluttered and organized. In order to create the best traffic flow and visual impact in each room, furniture may be repositioned and accessories brought in to create a sense of warmth and comfort. If the home is vacant, furnishings will be provided by Plan B ReDesigns in-house inventory or a third party vendor using a rental contract.

• FIVE STAR STAGING - In addition to the services offered in a Consultation and Full service staging, this option allows the seller/ homeowner to hire us to perform all the duties involved in preparing the home for sale. We will coordinate packing materials, maid service, storage pod delivery, movers and contractors, high resolution photos for flyers, and even a catered open house or REALTOR® caravan during the first week of staging.
  

                Additional Services Offered:              

COLOR AND DESIGN CONSULTATION - If you are agonizing over the paint color or décor of a room, a color and design consultation is just what you need. With endless brands and colors to choose from, it seems to make a simple decision overwhelming. We will provide a professional assessment of the existing color palette and make specific recommendations to enhance the flow of color throughout your home.

COMBINING HOMES - When any two people move in together, there is bound to be a clash in decorating styles, not to mention multiple toasters. Let us assist you in finding a happy medium amongst the diversity while blending furnishings and accessories to create a harmonious environment.

CUSTOM WINDOW TREATMENTS AND BLINDS - There are many beautiful prefabricated curtains, draperies, and blinds available in today’s market. However, one size does not fit all. Windows come in all shapes and sizes and each serves a different function within the home. With thousands of fabrics, trim, and hardware on our side, as well as blind style options, we can create custom window treatments to compliment any home. Complete with sketches and installation of hardware, we can help you find the perfect style for your window to the world.

MODEL HOME MERCHANDISING - Like a product on the shelf at a supermarket, the same is to be said of a model home amongst rows of new construction. With the ability to create an inviting environment, Plan B ReDesigns can help accentuate the focal points and architecture of your model home. We will consider market demographics of the area in our design plan and strictly adhere to your budget and needs.

ON-LINE CONSULTING - This service is designed for our clients who live outside the Savannah Area. By sending us specific information regarding your home, including digital pictures, we are able to design rooms for you without ever setting foot within your home. A detailed questionnaire will be provided for clarity and client questions. Inquiries may be sent via email or fax. Upon request, a list of local contractors can be provided based upon our national network in the design world.

PROFESSIONAL SHOPPING - With hectic schedules and numerous daily obligations, spending fruitless hours searching for items to complete your home can be exhausting and costly. Let us search for your finishing touches instead. With your budget in mind, we will find the best values in fabric, accessories, and furniture to compliment your décor.

REDESIGN MAKEOVER - A redesign makeover is a unique facet of interior decorating in which we reevaluate the current furnishings and accessories within your home. By utilizing your favorite pieces and repositioning existing items, we can transform your space and deliver a more appealing atmosphere to reflect your personal lifestyle. This option is a more cost efficient approach for those on a budget. 

SEASONAL DECORATING - Holidays can be a very stressful time for everyone, so why not let Plan B ReDesigns take care of some of your to do list. We’ll come into your home and decorate it for the current holiday with your decorations or we’ll go out and purchase new accessories for you and place them within your home so that it is ready for the family get together or holiday party. Plus, we can assist you with planning and/or catering the event.

SPACE PLANNING - Most people move into a home, unpack boxes into one location, and leave everything as it is for years to come. Sometimes all you need is an alternative perspective as to the best use of space within your home.

WINE & DESIGN - A cozy service that allows you and five friends or family to enjoy a two hour interactive presentation regarding home decorating all the while sipping wine. We supply a wine list prior to the booking in which you choose which wines you want served. Then our event partner, Forbidden Moose Events, gets busy making cheese spreads and cracker trays to compliment the wine. At the location, we will pour the wine, serve the food, and enlighten all attendees on the basics of Decorating 101.
